Why do you have gums or oils in some of the beverages?
Coffee professionals are looking for functionality as well as
great flavor. To complement coffee and heat to high temperatures, some
of these ingredients are needed in very small quantities.

2gmatcha/ 1 oz of water (30 g)

Instructions
Add syrup to glass.
