The sugar content in Barista Series™ Oat is naturally occurring.
When the oats are being processed, natural enzymes are added which break
down the carbohydrates to create sugars. These sugars are not refined
and are considered equivalent to a grain sweetener.
Is Barista Series™ Oat gluten free?
While oats are naturally gluten free, we recognize the possibility
of contamination happening in the field, when oats are grown
side-by-side with fields of wheat. Therefore, there is always a
possibility of cross contamination with other grains. It is out of
abundance of precaution that we do not make a gluten free claim on our
Barista Series™ Oat beverage.
Yes, it is non-GMO. At Pacific, we steer clear of unnecessary additives, flavorings and GMOs in all of our products.
