Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods please contact your account manager within three days of your receipt of the goods to discuss arrangement to return your order and issued proper credit or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within three days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully packaged in their original packing for safe transport.

We strive to make your shopping experiences straightforward, so we have outlined some important returns information to help you with your purchase.
 
If you need to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of receipt as long as it is unused, undamaged, and in its original unopened packaging. When making returns, please note that a restocking fee may apply. The restocking fee for items that were route delivered to commercial locations is 30% of the item cost, whereas for carrier delivered locations, the restocking fee is 25% of the item cost, minus our cost of delivery. restocking charges are assessed to cover our costs for picking, packing, and returning items back to stock or disposition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for consumable or customizable products, or certain Special Order products. Additionally, products drop shipped directly from the manufacturer may not be returnable. Therefore, we highly recommend that you read our Returns Policy before making a purchase to familiarize yourself with any applicable restocking fees, requirements, and restrictions.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product, weight and dimensional basis depending on the delivery carrier. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.

Prices

Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Customer Service

If we should receive a concern about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (generally we will reply within 5 working days).

Our customer service team members are extensively trained so that we can resolve issues with customers in a respectful, timely and efficient manner.
