Wholesale Account Application

In order to keep costs down and customer service up, we require all new wholesale customers to fill out a wholesale account application. Your application will be reviewed, and you will be notified of any questions and its approval.

All approved applications will be assigned a login name and password giving you full access to the Lakeshore Merchandisers website and our wholesale pricing. Wholesale pricing is available to commercial accounts in the trade.
